What you'll be doing

• Analyze key financial areas such as funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet to support informed business decisions

• Translate complex financial data into clear insights by building and using Excel-based financial models

• Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and management presentations that guide leadership decisions

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting by developing, maintaining, and populating forecasting models

• Work hands-on with company systems and tools, including ERP (Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and other financial applications

• Provide practical, data-driven recommendations that help improve business performance and financial outcomes

• Perform ad-hoc financial and performance analyses to answer critical business questions

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports

What we look for

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage

• Several years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong financial modeling capabilities

• Solid understanding of balance sheet and cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality
