Head of Product PR (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Lead, guide and build-up the global Product PR team while continuously evolving PR approaches, channels, and formats.
• Define and drive the global product PR strategy aligned with business priorities and positioning.
• Build and maintain senior-level media relationships; lead press inquiries and act as spokesperson for small to mid-level issues.
• Plan and execute press activities (press releases, briefings, conferences, trade shows) and ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across regions.
• Position executives as thought leaders (keynotes, bylined articles, panels) and craft compelling narratives for product launches.
• Lead product-related crisis communication in close collaboration with the CEO Press Office & Crisis Communication team.
• Track and report performance (coverage, sentiment, share of voice) with clear KPIs and actionable insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Product PR team while continuously evolving PR approaches, channels, and formats.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Extensive PR/communications experience in a global B2B environment, including people leadership.
• Strong executive communications capability, including senior counsel and stakeholder management at C-level.
• Proven media relations expertise and the ability to secure coverage with trade and business media; strong journalist network is a plus.
• Demonstrated strength in narrative development, thought leadership programs, and communication support for product launches.
  
• Confident crisis communication skills, combining strategic judgment with hands-on execution in dynamic environments.
  
Fluent in German and English.
