About the Role

The global Wire and Cable Innovation Team is looking for an experienced, energetic leader for the EMEA regional team. Leading a team of around 12-14 Associates across the Pleinfeld and Dundee plants, the regional leader role brings a great opportunity to be a vital part of the envisaged change in how we execute on the development of new products in search of significant new revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for NPD projects in the region, including Milestone definitions, RWW, PGR, investments, Customer Sampling, etc.
Provide input and collaborate in development of global W&C technical plan
Ensure effective execution of W&C projects in the region using best practices and consistent business processes.
Manage resourcing for regional projects.
Ensure robust communication link between regional and global teams.
Lead and develop regional team, creating clarity of direction, strong accountability, and a culture of high performance and continuous learning to meet future business needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Several years of experience in technical leader role, or technical project management, or innovation leadership.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex portfolios.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in Semiconductor or Aerospace Industry beneficial

This position requires access to information or items that are export controlled under U.S. law.
